Banana Sunbutter Roll-ups

Makes 1 serving


  • 2 tbsp. sunbutter (or nut butter of choice)

  • 1 tortilla

  • 1 banana


  1. Spread an even layer of sunbutter onto one whole side of the tortilla.

  2. Place the banana towards one end of tortilla, sunbutter side up, and tightly roll.

  3. Keep whole or slice into 1” segments. lime to taste.

Try adding

  • Granola

  • Honey

  • Raisins

  • Apple strips Cinnamon

  • Dark chocolate
