Strawberry Smoothie

Method to make 4.5 portions (8oz each)


  • 1.5 medium apples

  • 1 cup spinach, raw

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cups yogurt, plain/ vanilla

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries


  1. Wash, core and cut apples into manageable chunks or slices.

  2. Add spinach, milk, yogurt, sliced apples, and fruit to the blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Divide out 4.5 (8 oz) portions and serve.


  • Swap one cup frozen strawberries for one cup frozen bananas

  • Swap milk with almond milk or soy milk

  • Add 1-2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • Swap apples and strawberries with pineapples and mango
