Parmesan Bacon Kale

Method to make as much as you'd like







Salad Ingredients

  • kale, washed & torn into 1" pieces

  • heart healthy oil

  • cooked bacon, crumbled

  • Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded

  • salt & pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil.

  2. Add kale. Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper. When adding salt, remember that cheese & bacon also contain salt.

  3. Reduce heat to medium & cook for 5-7 minutes, or until kale softens.

  4. Turn off heat. Sprinkle with cheese, tossing to coat kale evenly.

  5. Top with bacon crumbles & enjoy!
