Method to make as much as you'd like
kale, washed & torn into 1" pieces
heart healthy oil
cooked bacon, crumbled
Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
salt & pepper to taste
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil.
Add kale. Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper. When adding salt, remember that cheese & bacon also contain salt.
Reduce heat to medium & cook for 5-7 minutes, or until kale softens.
Turn off heat. Sprinkle with cheese, tossing to coat kale evenly.
Top with bacon crumbles & enjoy!
